My situation is still rocky...and I was so depressed that I posted the one time, then never even came back here.

 I read these posts and sit here and cry...I feel so bad about anyone being in this situation.

Hopefully we'll get the change before too much more damage is done...

At this point in my life, I sure didn't expect to be where I am today! 

My husband was laid-off numerous times...pushing us further and further in debt...then was permanently laid-off in the early spring as his job went to Mexico.

I am not in the best of health...not bedridden, don't qualify for SSD...but have MS and some days I'm not in such great shape.

We have 2 kids still at home...and it kills me to see them do without.

Husband finally started working again...at a lower rate of pay...and we are trying so hard to play catch-up!  I have termination notices for both Electric ($250) and Gas ($350)...and those amounts are just to keep service on...not even the total balance due.

I hate this!  We are good people in a not-good-place.  EOPA in our area is out of funding and I don't know where else to turn.  If anyone can help or steer us somewhere that can (Lucas County Ohio) I would be eternally grateful!  And we do firmly believe in "paying-forward".  When we are on our feet, we will definitely be helping others in this same boat.
